These terms govern your use of the 12evelation Studios website and services. By using the site, creating an account, supporting a story, or requesting licensing access, you agree to these terms.

1. Our stories and intellectual property

All story worlds, characters, screenplays, artwork, and related materials on this site are the intellectual property of 12evelation. Browsing the catalogue does not grant you any rights to develop, adapt, or distribute any work.

2. Supporting a story is not an investment

This is important. When you support a story in development, you are making a voluntary contribution to help fund its creation. You are not buying a security, share, equity, unit, or any financial instrument.

• A contribution does not entitle you to ownership, equity, or any stake in 12evelation or any story.
• A contribution does not entitle you to royalties, revenue share, profit, dividends, or any financial return.
• A contribution is not a loan and creates no obligation for repayment.
• In return, you receive only the non-financial recognition and perks described on the story's page (for example, development updates, concept art, or credit as a supporter, where offered).

Contributions are generally non-refundable once a story's development work has begun, except where required by law.

3. Licensing

Registering interest for a developed IP begins the qualification process. Submitting a request does not grant access to confidential materials and does not guarantee a licensing agreement. Access to confidential materials may require a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement, and any licence is subject to a separate written agreement.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to access materials you are not authorised to view, or copy, distribute, or reproduce any confidential materials made available to you.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
